Publications

The Loyal Legion Historical Journal (LLHJ) is published quarterly by the Memorial Fund of the Military Order Of The Loyal Legion of the United States. Relevant submissions concerning the Loyal Legion and its current members and activities as well as submissions concerning historical aspects about MOLLUS and any of its Original Companions are welcomed by current members and the general public, provided space is available. Currently the LLHJ is a 12-page printed publication mailed to members in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

The LLHJ is currently available only to members and select academic institutions.  Past issues of the LLHJ will soon be posted to our upcoming new website.

Content is to be submitted electronically and formatted in MSWord. In order to be published, all photographs and graphics must be submitted in high resolution at 300 dpi (JPEG OR TIFF file format) at the finished size.

Due to space limitations, submissions should be limited to no more than two full 8 ½” by 11″ pages when typed in 12-point type and single-spaced.

Submission deadlines are usually 60 days before the publication date. Additional details and requirements can be found in the downloadable .pdf file titled: Authors Guide.
